Happy Mondays will celebrate the 35th anniversary of their seminal album ‘Pills ‘n’ Thrills and Bellyaches’ on a 20-date UK tour next year.
Shaun Ryder, Bez and co. open the tour at Newcastle O2 City Hall on Friday 13th March and they finish with a three-night residency at Glasgow Barrowland from Thursday 16th to Saturday 18th April.
They also visit Leeds, Nottingham, Cardiff, Liverpool, Sheffield, Cambridge, London, Southend, Norwich, Brighton, Bristol, Birmingham, Bournemouth, Margate, Guildford and Manchester.
Happy Mondays’ support acts at all 20 shows are ‘Groovy Train’ and ‘All Together Now’ hitmakers The Farm, and former Factory Records labelmates Northside.
Tickets to Happy Mondays’ ‘Pills ‘n’ Thrills and Bellyaches’ tour go on sale at 10am on Friday 19th September.
Vocalist Shaun Ryder says: “I’m really looking forward to getting back on tour with the Mondays in 2026, especially with our old mates The Farm who are touring with us.”
Tambourine player Bez adds: “Really excited to be going back on tour again in the UK next year! I love being on the road with the Mondays, there is no better feeling than playing to the fans of live music. I’ll see you all next year.”
