Welsh music legends Super Furry Animals have ended their decade-long hiatus, and they will embark on a UK & Ireland tour in May 2026.
The Supacabra 2026 Tour will see the inimitable quintet ‘leap into their enduring, endorphin-stirring nine-album songbook, with a singular mission to bring unalloyed joy to the hearts of the Furry family.’
Super Furry Animals will play their first live concert since December 2016 at Dublin Olympia Theatre on Wednesday 6th May.
Huw Bunford, Cian Ciarán, Daf Ieuan, Guto Pryce and Gruff Rhys then kick off the UK leg at Glasgow Barrowlands on Friday 8th and Saturday 9th May 2026, before hitting their native Wales for shows at Llandudno Venue Cymru (Thu 14th and Fri 15th May) and Cardiff Utilita Arena (Sat 16th May).
The Super Furries conclude the tour in England at Manchester Apollo (Thu 21st May) and London O2 Brixton Academy (Fri 22nd and Sat 23rd May).
Due to phenomenal demand, extra dates have now been added for Glasgow Barrowlands (Saturday 9th May), Llandudno Venue Cymru (Friday 15th May) and London O2 Academy Brixton (Saturday 23rd May).
Getdown Services, Melin Melyn and Honeyglaze are Super Furry Animals’ alternating support acts on the tour.
