Morrissey has announced a trio of UK concerts for June 2025, his only dates on these shores this year.
The former Smiths vocalist opens his short run of shows with two nights at Glasgow O2 Academy on Wednesday 4th and Thursday 5th June before he plays a massive homecoming gig at the 23,500-capacity Manchester Co-op Live on Saturday 7th June.
The support act in Manchester is Chicago-based indie rockers Brigitte Calls Me Baby.
Tickets to Morrissey’s trio of UK concerts are on sale now.
Morrissey last performed live in the UK in summer 2023 when he played eight headline shows including two nights in Liverpool and London.
His setlist on the last tour predominately focused on his distinguished solo career but also featured Smiths classics including ‘How Soon Is Now?’, ‘Girlfriend in a Coma’, ‘Stop Me If You Think You’ve Heard This One Before’ and ‘Please, Please, Please Let Me Get What I Want.’
